Make one template for each kind of bill your software sends (sale, return, estimate, …).

Bill text from your softwarePaste a real bill, then let Ping mark the values that change on every bill.
Values that change on every bill are written as {1}, {2}, … Everything else must be the same as in your bills (spaces, capital letters and blank lines do not matter).
